Mom'S Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper
    3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Grate potatoes into bowl.
    Drain off excess water from mixture. Grate onion into mixture.
    Add eggs, flour and salt and pepper to taste.
    (Mixture should be consistency of sour cream.)
    Drop with tablespoon into hot frying pan with oil.
    Fry until golden brown.
