Ingredients

2-inch thick chuck roast
oregano
Accent
garlic salt
onion salt

Preparation

Sprinkle spices on both sides of meat.
Put meat in a covered container and place in refrigerator overnight.
Only good when cooked over charcoal grill by male!!
