Low-Fat Pork Chops And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    4 pork chops (no bone or fat)
    onion flakes (1 Tbsp.)
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
    Put in baking dish.
    Put water, flour and butter in saucepan and boil for 1 minute or until thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Brown pork chops in frying pan with a little Pam.
    Place on potatoes.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour, then uncover for 10 minutes.
