Broccoli Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix, divided
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 small onion, chopped (I use less)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Combine broccoli, corn, 1 cup stuffing mix, soup, egg, butter and onion.
    Mix well.
    Spoon mixture into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle top with cheese and 1/4 cup stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
