Corn Pudding(Hot Casserole) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. scalded milk
1 small onion
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a 2-quart casserole.
Slice onion into 1/4-inch slices.
Stir eggs until beaten.
Add rest of ingredients.
Mix until corn is just mixed into batter.
Pour into casserole.
Bake one hour and 10 minutes, or until firm.
Serves 6.
