Mom'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can pumpkin (1 1/2 c.)
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk (3/4 c. canned milk and 3/4 c. water)
Preparation
    Mix in order given and bake in a pastry-lined pie pan in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 15 minutes.
    Then reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and continue baking until filling is firm.
    Remove from oven and cool before serving.
