Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium green pepper
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 small jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Slice zucchini and simmer in water until tender.
    Drain. Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add mushrooms.
    In a buttered casserole dish, mix half of zucchini, onion, pepper and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with half of the seasonings, Parmesan cheese and croutons.
    Continue with the other half.
    Pour spaghetti sauce over casserole and top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and casserole is bubbly.
