Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes which have been boiled in jackets until tender.
    Combine with cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and seasonings.
    Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
