Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 small instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    chocolate icing
Preparation
    Mix pudding with milk, then fold in Cool Whip.
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers; cover with half the pudding mixture.
    Layer of graham crackers, then the other half of pudding mixture, layer of graham crackers, then cover with chocolate icing. Make the day before so crackers will soften.
