Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 links sweet Italian sausage
    2 links hot Italian sausage
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can peeled Italian tomatoes, broken up
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta or creamed cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. dried sweet basil leaves
    dash of salt and pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    15 cooked lasagne noodles
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meats until done and drain; set aside.
    Simmer tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, garlic and then add meat.
    Mix together the Ricotta, parsley, eggs, spices, dash of salt and pepper and Parmesan in a bowl.
    In lasagne pan, place in alternating layers the noodles, cheese mixture, Mozzarella and meat sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Serves 12. Excellent.
