Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick cut pork chops
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Pan-fry chops in skillet just until golden brown.
    Place chops in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex casserole dish.
    Slice onion and green pepper over chops.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    Mix the soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
