Baked Apples Filled With Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 grams apples (about 4 to 6)
150 grams cottage cheese, strained through a sieve (about 8 oz.)
1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. fruit or berry syrup
Preparation

Peel and halve the apples.
Using a spoon, remove the core from the apple.
Rinse apples with cold water and drain or blot off excess water.
Set aside.
