Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. finely shredded carrots (9 carrots)
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Grease and lightly flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, chopped walnuts and cinnamon.
Add carrots, oil and eggs.
Mix well until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool thoroughly on wire rack.
