Swordfish Parmesan With Lemon And Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

8 (2 oz.) swordfish steaks
4 egg whites
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Dip 1 side of swordfish in egg whites and then in the cheese. Pan-fry (nonstick skillet) swordfish, cheese side down, until golden brown.
Turn over and finish in a 325\u00b0 oven, approximately 5 minutes.
