Moist Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. grated apples
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Soak raisins in water for 2 minutes; drain.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Sprinkle fruit and nuts with flour before adding to batter.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
