Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beer
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chili sauce
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (1 or 2 cloves)
Preparation
    Mix beer,
    brown
    sugar,
    chili
    sauce, flour and garlic until well blended.
    Place brisket in roaster pan with fat side up after rubbing with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle onion over the top.
    Pour flour mixture over brisket and bake at 325\u00b0 for 4 to 6 hours. Marinate several times while baking.
