Teriyaki Beef Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef tenderloin or sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Stir together liquid ingredients.
    Add meat; pour combined mixture into a plastic bag.
    Twist bag shut or secure.
    Place bag in bowl; marinate in refrigerator at least 1/2 hour.
    Drain meat pieces.
    Place cubes in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Serve with toothpicks.
