Pineapple Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box cake mix (9 x 13 1/2-inch sheet pan)
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 box instant pudding mix (vanilla)
    1 1/2 c. cold milk
    1 large Cool Whip
    coconut
Preparation
    Bake cake according to directions on package.
    Mix pineapple with 1 cup sugar, boil 5 minutes after it comes to a boil.
    Pour hot mixture over the hot cake; let cool.
    Mix vanilla pudding with milk.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Mix and put on cake; sprinkle coconut on top.
