Pork Chops Paprikash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. sour cream
finely chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Place meat on flat surface and pound with mallet to flatten. Sprinkle meat on both sides with salt, pepper and paprika.
Heat butter in skillet.
Brown meat over high heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
Transfer meat to platter.
Pour excess fat from skillet and cook onion until wilted.
Add wine and stir to dissolve brown particles.
Add chicken broth and simmer about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Pour sauce over meat and sprinkle with parsley.
Good with rice or buttered noodles.
