Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. softened oleo
1/2 c. dark molasses
1/8 c. warm milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar and butter together.
Add molasses, milk, vanilla and eggs.
Mix until blended.
By hand, mix in flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, allspice and salt until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
