Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mushrooms
    1 1/2 qt. good rich stock (veal or chicken)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and peel 1 quart mushrooms and cut into dice. Stir the broth into them.
    Thicken with the flour creamed with the butter, salt and pepper.
    At the last moment, add a bit of whipped cream and croutons.
