Cheese-Chili Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Layer cheese, chilies and Jack cheese in greased, square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
    Beat milk, flour, salt and eggs. Pour over cheese mixture.
    Cool, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until set in center and top is golden brown, about 40 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Serve with omelet. Makes 8 servings.
