Marble Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. boiling water
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. water
    5 unbeaten egg yolks
    2 tsp. vanilla
    7 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Boil
    1/4 cup of water and add cocoa and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir until smooth, then cool.
