Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. long grain rice
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. minced fried onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Crack the egg into a bowl; beat well.
    Add 1/4 cup of tomato soup and stir well.
    Measure the uncooked rice, parsley flakes, dried onion, salt and pepper.
    Add to egg-soup mixture.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add ground beef.
    Mix well.
    Shape meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
    Put into a skillet and brown.
    Put water into a small mixing bowl and add the rest of the soup.
    Measure Worcestershire sauce; add to the mixing bowl.
    Stir well.
    Pour soup mixture over the meatballs.
    When mixture starts to boil, turn burner to low heat.
    Cover skillet with a lid.
    Cook for 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
