Chocolate Sheet Cake #3 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. water
5 Tbsp. cocoa
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
Bring to boil in saucepan the margarine, water and cocoa.
Remove boiling water from heat and pour into flour mixture.
Mix well.
Add eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 12 x 17 x 1 1/2-inch jelly roll pan (batter will be thin) and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
