Chocolate Sherbet(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa, gelatin and salt in saucepan.
    With wire whisk beat in milk.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Freeze 4 hours or until firm but not hard.
    Turn into bowl and beat with mixer until smooth.
    Pour in freezer container, cover and freeze until hard.
    Serves 8.
