No Knead Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening (half butter)
2 pkg. yeast
3 c. warm water
8 to 10 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together in large bowl.
Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 3 cups warm water.
Add to mixture.
Mix well by hand.
Stir in 8 to 10 cups self-rising flour (2 cups at a time), adding just enough for easy handling.
Cover; let rise in bowl until double.
Punch down.
Roll and cut as for biscuits.
Place in greased pans.
Cover.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
Also can be made into cinnamon rolls or loaves of bread.
