Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boneless
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. spicy mustard
    1/2 c. yogurt or milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In large skillet, put chicken, water, bouillon, wine and mustard.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Mix flour with milk or yogurt.
    Stir into sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley (optional).
    Serve over pasta or noodles.
