Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
1/2 to 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain beef.
Stir in tomato paste, onions and seasonings (mixture will be thick).
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Place biscuits in a greased muffin pan.
Press to sides and bottom.
Spoon mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until brown.
