Bubba'S "Hot" Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 c. shrimp, cooked
1 c. ham, chopped
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. black olives, sliced
1 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
4 c. rice, cooked
Preparation

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in butter for about 5 minutes. Add chili powder and cumin; stir well.
Add all the other ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
