Lemon Jello Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 c. powdered sugar
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Beat eggs, water and Jell-O for 1 minute.
Add cake mix and beat 3 more minutes.
Add oil and beat 1 minute.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until top springs back when pressed lightly.
Remove from oven and slightly pierce cake all over with fork holes.
Mix together the powdered sugar and lemon juice; pour over the top of the cake.
Makes one 9 x 13-inch cake.
