Artichoke Rice Salad(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked as directed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
8 pimento-stuffed olives
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Put Rice-A-Roni into bowl to cool.
Add onions and olives to rice.
Drain artichoke hearts into bowl.
Combine with marinade the curry powder and mayonnaise.
Add to rice mixture.
Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
This can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
