Braised Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. stew meat, cut in small chunks
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in large Dutch oven or covered roasting pan.
    Stir until well blended.
    Bake 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender.
    Cool.
    Put into eight 1-pint freezer bags or containers.
    Seal, label and freeze.
    Use within 3 months.
    To serve, heat thoroughly and pour over rice or buttered noodles.
