Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 heaping Tbsp. self-rising flour
4 eggs
1 to 2 c. coconut
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour in 2 (9-inch) pie crusts.
Cut butter into thin slices and place over top of pies (1/4 stick for each pie).
Bake in a preheated oven at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until done.
