Low-Fat Delicious Moist Turkey Meatballs(Makes About 20) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean raw turkey, ground
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 small minced onion
    pinch of allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all except the oil and form into little slightly flattened balls and quick saute them in the oil in a nonstick frypan on both sides until browned and half-cooked.
    Put them on paper towels to blot up any excess oil.
    Then plop them into your favorite spaghetti sauce or brown sauce or whatever sauce to finish cooking.
    They're really good!
