Trio Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 lb. Blue cheese, crumbled
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1 small onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Beat cheese in mixer bowl on medium speed until fluffy, scraping sides and bottom of bowl often.
    Beat in onion and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir in pecans.
    Cover and chill 2 to 4 hours.
    Mold cheese mixture into one large ball or 36 small balls (each about 1-inch in diameter).
    Roll in parsley or can roll in chopped nuts.
    Place on serving plate.
    Cover and chill until firm (about 2 hours).
