Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    3 to 4 hot peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease square pan (8 x 8-inch or iron skillet). I use Pam spray. In small bowl, blend ingredients. Pour into prepared pan and bake about 25 minutes.
