Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, diced
    1 stick margarine
    4 eggs
    1 small potato, grated
    6 oz. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute sausage, onions and pepper together in skillet; drain. Mix cornmeal and flour in a large bowl; add sausage, onion and pepper, corn, potato, cheese and eggs. Melt butter and pour into mixture. Stir well. Bake in a large iron skillet in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until done.
