Spinach Salad With Oranges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach, torn
    1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    3 bacon strips, fried crisp and crumbled
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. salt
    Dash pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, toss the spinach, oranges, mushrooms, and bacon; set aside.
    In blender or food processor, combine the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, onion, salt and pepper; cover and process until smooth.
    While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream.
    Serve with the salad. Serves 4-6.
