Caramel Corn(Oven Baked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    peanuts (optional)
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine (1 cube) or butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine, salt and corn syrup.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes on low heat.
    Add vanilla, soda and butter flavoring.
    Stir quickly and immediately pour over popcorn and nuts.
    Spread in large baking pans (greased).
    Bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir frequently and watch it!
