Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, cut fine
1 green pepper, cut fine
1 small can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
3 tomato paste cans water
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper (or less)
Preparation

Heat olive oil and cook onion and pepper until soft.
Add tomatoes, paste, water, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and red pepper.
Simmer on low for 3 hours.
