Microwave Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning
    1 1/2 c. uncooked white rice
    12 oz. water
    2 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In 2-quart glass dish, combine all ingredients.
    Cover. Microwave on High for 12 minutes.*
    Stir.
    Microwave, covered, on High another 12 minutes.*
    Let sit 5 minutes.
    Stir and serve.
