Microwave Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 step angel food cake mix

Preparation

Follow package directions for cake mix.
Put 1/2 to 2/3 cake batter in microwave Bundt pan.
Smooth top of cake batter. Microwave 4 minutes on High, then 2 minutes on Medium.
Cool 3 to 5 minutes, then invert onto plate, using spatula to remove edge and around cone.
Serve with strawberries and Cool Whip.
(Discard extra 1/3 batter or make small cake.)
