Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4-inch). Combine and beat all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
