Roast Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. leftover beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cook celery, onion and pepper in margarine until tender.
Add roast beef and cook several minutes.
Stir in soup, water, salt, soy sauce and Tabasco.
Place in casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve over rice.
