Jenny Link'S Beef Picadillo Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. pimento with juice
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. golden raisins
    1/2 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced or chopped black olives with juice
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped or sliced mushrooms with juice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 c. grated Velveeta (about 1 lb.)
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat; drain off any fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
