Mini Meat Loaves And Vegetables - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Durkee Italian seasoning
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee fried onions
6 small red skin potatoes, sliced thin
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, corn and red pepper combination, thawed and drained
Preparation

Combine meat, salt, egg, 1/2 can tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and 1/2 can French onions.
In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, form 3 mini loaves.
Place potatoes around loaves.
Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Place vegetables around loaves.
Stir to combine with potatoes.
Lightly season with salt and pepper.
If desired, top meat loaves with remaining tomato sauce.
