Ingredients
    1 c. strawberries
    1 (2-inch) baking powder biscuit (1 to 2-inches in diameter)
    heavy cream
Preparation
    Split the biscuit.
    Slice the strawberries or mash according to desire.
    Place the strawberries on the underside of the biscuit, cover and place the top on.
    Cover with remaining strawberries. Beat the cream and top the dessert.
