5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    9 carrots, chunked
    9 medium potatoes, quartered or halved
    3 onions, sliced
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. tomatoes
    3 c. water
    3 c. celery, sliced
    3 tsp. salt
    9 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and cook on stove, covered for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
