Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. popcorn, popped
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/3 c. Karo syrup
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Spread the popcorn out on cookie sheets or cake pans.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Mix in Karo syrup and brown sugar.
    Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 2 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Mix in vanilla and baking soda.
    Stir well.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Mix well.
    Bake in preheated 250\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
